  • Work closely with senior team members to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project components.
  • Contribute to the preparation of project documentation such as scope definitions, timelines, task lists, and risk assessments.
  • Engage with client stakeholders across Procurement, Business, and Technology functions to gather requirements and provide regular updates.
  • Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring alignment on requirements and system functionality.
  • Support the configuration, testing, integration, and training phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize data and analytics to support procurement process improvements and decision-making.
  • Help drive project coordination activities, track progress, and support change management efforts in collaboration with project leads.
  • Manage and mentor a team of consultants to deliver high-impact solutions and meet SLAs and KPIs.
