Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Quality Analyst to join our Quality and Compliance team in the Insurance process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving operational quality, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements, and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives across insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular quality audits on policy servicing, claims, renewals, and customer interaction processes.
  • Identify process gaps, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations of multiple jurisdictions
  • Prepare and analyze quality reports, performance dashboards, and trend analyses.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance process efficiency and reduce operational errors.
  • Provide feedback and support training sessions to improve quality standards.
  • Participate in internal and external audit activities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality or Compliance within the Insurance or Financial Services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Knowledge of quality frameworks (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.) is an added advantage.
