Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services, generate leads, or handle customer queries. Strong communication skills and a persuasive approach are key to success in this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers.
  • Respond to inbound customer calls and resolve their queries or complaints professionally.
  • Promote products or services by clearly explaining their features and benefits.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential customers.
  • Record and update customer information accurately in the CRM or database.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Schedule appointments or product demonstrations when required.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer questions confidently.
  • Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Follow communication scripts
