Role Description

This is a paid full-time role for an AI Video Generation Specialist. The role involves designing, enhancing, and implementing AI-powered video solutions and creative workflows. Day-to-day tasks include developing AI-generated video content, maintaining production pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the alignment of deliverables with project goals. Additional responsibilities include testing and refining AI capabilities to support storytelling and branding initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in AI video generation tools and technologies, along with a strong foundation in video editing and animation. Such as higgsfield, invideo, Veo 3, Sora 2, etc.
  • Experience in scripting, storytelling, and creative content development for video production.
  • Familiarity with machine learning models, algorithms, and their application in media and video generation workflows.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills for video production and AI implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with creative and technical teams.
  • Knowledge of trends and advancements in AI and video production tools is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

  • Applicants are requested to share a link to their portfolio or previous work (e.g., resume link, video samples, content they have created) as part of their application.
  • Selected candidates will undergo a one-week trial period. During this time, you will be asked to create sample videos/content to assess your proficiency with relevant tools and your content generation skills before a final offer is made.
