  • Conduct virtual test drives to showcase vehicle features, performance, and benefits in an interactive and personalised manner.
  • Understand customer preferences and guide them through model comparisons, pricing, and purchase options.
  • Deliver a premium, camera-ready experience that reflects the brands quality and trust.
  • Track leads, conversions, and customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree preferred (any discipline).
  • 1 - 5 years of experience in Automotive Sales / Premium Customer Service / Virtual or Retail Sales.
  • Excellent verbal communication with a clear, confident tone and camera presentation.
  • Well-groomed and professional on video.
  • No driving licence or test drive experience required a strong command over product knowledge and customer handling is key.
