Role & responsibilities

1.Adherence and compliance of CGMP at all stages of manufacturing & packing line and its operation

  1. Maintenance of cleanliness & discipline in manufacturing 01 & 02 & packing area 01 & area 02.

  2. To Co-ordinate with operator to carry out preventive maintenance in manufacturing & packing area as per the schedule

  3. Ensure that materials bears status labels the quantities (as per BMR & BPR) should tally to be checked before activity starts.

  4. Carrying & recording of Manufacturing & packing of lines as per BMR/BPR & log sheets, log books

  5. Effective supervision & implementation of system to ensure better productivity with quality

  6. To take appropriation to ensure the safety of product & personnel.

  7. To attend training classes as & when called by training dept.

  8. To carry out the duties assigned by the superiors time to time.

  9. To ensure the disposal of containers after defacing of passed & approved labels.

  10. Responsible for the batch manufacturing & packing activity.

  11. Responsibility of completing the BMR & BPR and Reconciliation.

  12. To observe and maintain the workers & job allocation.

  13. Responsible for good housekeeping & safety of the entire department.

  14. To follow the company objectives & policies and train the Workers.

  15. To follow the procedures of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000: 2018 and recording daily entries.

19 To follow good manufacturing practices

Education:- B. Pharmacy

Experience:- 1- 3 Years (Pharmaceutical Industry)
