General Manager's Secretary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced General Manager's Secretary to join our team at The Oberoi Rajgarh Palace in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing administrative support to senior executives.
Roles and Responsibility
- Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required by the General Manager.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Secretary or Executive Assistant to a senior executive.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
