Role & responsibilities

• Adherence to plant safety procedures and ensure Zero safety incidents
• Achieve the shift targets in terms of Productivity, Delivery, Quality, Safety, Cost and Environment
• Identification of process bottle necks and suggesting improvement solutions
• Capability building in the technicians
• Interaction with supply chain ,Transporter and Loading party for better dispatch
• Knowledge about ASRS operation
• Trouble shooting the issue in ASRS
• Contributing to improve the section parameter like Dispatch Accuracy ,VDPT,ASRS uptime ,TAT, ASRS OEE, Dispatch compliance,STO Compliance etc
• Handling manpower related issue at shop floor
• Proper planning for the day to achieve the dispatch target
• Documentation updating and maintaining (IMS, Dept records etc)

• Resource Planning technician & contractor for routine & non routine activities

• Understand the ASRS operation ,MHE, Loading procedure, FG Processes and Automation to meet the Dispatch operation

• Inward /outward FG truck through SAP
• Getting work from operators to achieve the shift target
• Coordination with relevant stake holders to achieve the shift target .
• Identify the root cause for problems and eliminating it so that it will not repeat again.
• Use problem solving tools for operational issues.
• Closure of safety observation on time
• Handling ITI technicians & getting the field work executed.
• Ensure strict implementation and compliance of best practices as part of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 ,TQM and TPM
• Maintain necessary documents as part of the above system
• Maintain the register for consumables items at packing floor
• Maintain the check list for MHE and Issue tracker for ASRS.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification : Diploma

Experience :2+ Years of Experience

Must have Skills - Well known about Dispatch process & ASRS operation
