Nexthink Engineer L1/L2

Job Title: Nexthink Engineer L2
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support for Nexthink platform across enterprise environments.
- Reproduce and troubleshoot complex technical issues using logs and diagnostics.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve escalated tickets and bugs.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and coordinate hotfixes or patches.
- Maintain and enhance the internal knowledge base and SOPs.
- Monitor platform performance and proactively identify potential issues.
- Mentor L1 technicians and assist in training sessions.
Required Skills
- 4-6 years of experience in technical support or system administration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Linux server-side applications.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, virtualization, and networking.
- Handson experience in Nexthink Platrom.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and scripting (PowerShell).
- Ability to work independently and handle escalations effectively.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- ITIL Foundation certification is preferred
- Excellent communication skills (especially in English, both spoken & written) are important since the role involves interacting with customers, engineers, and internal teams
- Customer-centric attitude and strong problem-solving skills are highly valued
- Ability to work on escalations from L1le & responsibilities
