Key Responsibilities:

  1. SPM Machine Installation & Commissioning:

  2. Lead the installation and commissioning of Special Purpose Machines (SPM) integrated with PLC programming and HMI design across multiple locations.

  3. PLC Programming & HMI Design:

  4. Program PLCs (Mitsubishi, Delta, Siemens, Allen Bradley) and design HMI screens, focusing on graphical representation and data logging.

  5. Global Service Support:

  6. Provide international on-site support. Should possess a valid Indian passport and be comfortable traveling abroad for installations and service.

  7. Process Automation & Industry 4.0:

  8. Work with Industry 4.0 equipment, including IO-Link Masters and Sensors (pressure, flow, temperature), ensuring seamless integration and automation of processes.

  9. Client Interaction & Communication:

  10. Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams in fluent English, ensuring smooth service and installation experiences.

  11. Service Documentation & Reporting:

  12. Prepare detailed service reports using Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, or Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Provide a comprehensive analysis of service jobs.

  13. Electrical/Control Panel Wiring:

  14. Conduct and supervise electrical and control panel wiring as per project requirements.

  15. Problem Solving & Troubleshooting:

  16. Perform CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to troubleshoot technical issues.

  17. Technical Drawings & Process Understanding:

  18. Interpret electrical drawings and process flow diagrams, and understand mechanical construction for successful installations.

  19. Adapting to Harsh Environments:

  20. Comfortable working in tough industrial environments, showing flexibility and problem-solving abilities under pressure.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education:B.Tech in Electronics Instrumentation/Communication/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in SPM machine installation, PLC programming, and HMI design.
  • Certifications: Certified in PLC programming (Mitsubishi, Delta, Siemens, Allen Bradley).
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies.
  • Capable of electrical/control panel wiring.
