• Review patient medical records to ensure accuracy and completeness of coding.

• Adhere to coding guidelines and regulations, including ICD, CPT, and HCPCS codes.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation and resolve coding issues.

• Meet productivity and quality standards set by the organization.

• Stay updated on coding changes and attend training sessions as required.

Requirements:


• Certification in medical coding for certain positions is mandatory.

• 1+ years of experience in medical coding, preferably in the specified areas.

• Proficiency in using coding software and familiarity with coding guidelines.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in coding assignments.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
