Relevant Experience :

Must Have Skills :
1.Strong understanding of real estate finance, lease accounting , and property management processes.
Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting tools.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, SAP, Oracle, and/or other ERP systems.
Experience with real estate and lease management systems (e.g., MRI, Yardi, TRIRIGA, CoStar).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, global environment.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Good Have Skills :
knowledge and expertise in portfolio, including accounting, budgeting, Forecasting, compliance, and reporting
Roles and Responsibilities :
1.Manage and monitor financial performance of real estate portfolio, including leasing,
capital expenditures, and operating expenses.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis.
Support real estate transactions including lease accounting , due diligence, and ROI analysis.
Collaborate with real estate, project management, and procurement teams to track budgets and ensure cost control.
Ensure accurate lease abstraction and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
Manage fixed assets accounting for real estate and ensure timely capitalization and depreciation.
Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other regulatory standards.
Partner with stakeholders across geographies to support global real estate strategies and business cases.
Develop financial models and tools to support real estate investment decisions and optimization strategies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting, automation, and efficiency Location :
