About the role

Cloud Engineer III – Intune

• Serve as the final escalation point for complex Microsoft Intune-related incidents, problems, and service requests.  
• Provide expert guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 support teams.  
• Architect and design advanced Intune solutions to meet organizational requirements, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.  
• Evaluate and recommend new Intune features and enhancements.  
• Design, implement, and manage advanced security measures within 
• Microsoft Intune, including Conditional Access, Threat Protection, and Information Protection.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.  
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-101, MD-102 and SC-900 are required.  
• Extensive experience in a Level 3 support role with a focus on Microsoft Intune.  
• Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting for automation.
