Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Communications Designer located in Bhubaneswar. The Communications Designer will be

responsible for creating visual communications, branding materials, corporate designs, and graphics. Day-to-day tasks include

working on design projects, collaborating with team members, developing design strategies, and ensuring brand consistency

across all communications. This role involves designing impactful communication materials, building digital marketing assets,

and creating visuals that resonate with our audience.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Communication Design and Visual Communication
  • Experience in Branding and Corporate Design
  • Proficiency in Graphics design
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field
  • Experience in the decor or interiors industry is a plus
  • Align all design outputs with Magicdecor's brand strategy and voice.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of professional experience in design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • A creative thinker with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
