JOB DESCRIPTION Job Purpose

This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. The primary purpose of the job role is to drive a team to source medical equipment finance business from the sales team of manufacturers, dealers, and distributors of medical equipment business and DSAs of the allocated location. Maintain relationships with partners by traveling, meeting, and building relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Drive the team to deliver medical equipment finance business. A team of 3-4 members will be allocated in different locations to drive the business through them.
  • Driving sales of Medical Equipment Finance business in the region allocated.
  • Connecting with the sales team of manufacturers and building relationships to source medical equipment finance business through them.
  • Connecting with dealers and distributors and building relationships to source medical equipment finance business through them.
  • Connect with regional DSA and source medical equipment finance business through them.
  • Sales, sales, sales.
  • Travel to different locations for driving business.

  • The challenge is to keep driving sales of medical equipment loans on a daily basis.

  • Provide regional support to the team for deal closure and interact with the credit team for cases underwriting resolution.

    • Credit team for getting the cases underwritten by them.

    • Sales team of manufacturers.
    • Dealer or distributor of the medical equipment business.

Educational Qualifications

  • a) MBA Marketing or MBA Finance or MBA.

Work Experience

  • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in the medical equipment finance industry.
