Job Summary

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Draftsmen to join our team. The role involves preparing 2D AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and designs, with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and timeliness. The ideal candidate should have experience in civil engineering projects, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings, plans, and layouts as per project requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of civil engineering drawings, structural details, and related documentation.
• Review and update drawings based on feedback from engineers, architects, and project managers.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.
• Maintain drawing records and documentation for all projects.
• Coordinate with site teams and engineers for drawing-related clarifications.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Draftsman, preferably in the civil/real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering concepts and construction practices.
• Good attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
