Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive
Database Administrator (DBA)
to manage and optimize our enterprise database systems with 4–5 years of experience in DBA role. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with
Oracle SQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
, and will be responsible for ensuring database performance, availability, security, and scalability across cloud and on-prem environments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Install, configure, and maintain strong
Oracle SQL Knowledge, MySQL, and MongoDB
databases.

· Good level in Oracle PLSQL design and programming and successful experience in supporting users' high priority requests with sensitive data

· Oracle 19c and RAC concepts and Oracle SQL DEVELOPER 23 and Higher.

· Tools : Oracle 19c SQLLanguage, Oracle SQL DEVELOPER, Good knowledge of Oracle SQL Developer tool and options

· Monitor database performance and tune queries, indexes, and configurations for optimal efficiency.

  • Implement and manage
    backup, recovery, and disaster recovery
    strategies.
  • Ensure
    data security and compliance
    with enterprise policies and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to support
    CI/CD pipelines
    and application deployments.
  • Automate routine database tasks using scripts and tools.
  • Manage
    user access and roles
    , ensuring secure and auditable database environments.
  • Perform regular audits and health checks of database systems.

· Support data migration, replication, and integration efforts across systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 4–5 years of experience as a DBA in enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise in
    Oracle SQL
    ,
    MySQL
    , and
    MongoDB
    .
  • Experience with
    cloud-based database services
    (e.g., AWS RDS, DocumentDB).
  • Proficiency in
    SQL scripting
    , performance tuning, and query optimization.
  • Familiarity with
    DevOps practices
    and tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Understanding of
    data security
    ,
    encryption
    , and
    compliance frameworks
    .

· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

· Very important soft skill

Preferred Qualifications:

· Certifications in Oracle, MySQL, or MongoDB administration.

  • Experience with
    infrastructure automation
    (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).

· Exposure to
monitoring tools
like Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.

· Knowledge of
Keycloak
for access control integration.

Primary Skillset (Mandatory)- Oracle SQL, MySQL, and MongoDB- cloud-based database services (e.g., AWS RDS, DocumentDB).

For this requirement candidate should be ready to work on below mode.

  1. weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday : 5:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST.
  2. Weekday shift (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST) - these timings may vary.
  3. Week off - Thursday and Friday.
