Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, explaining our technical course offerings (software training & GATE coaching), and converting leads into enrollments.
- Make outbound calls to students and professionals interested in engineering career growth
- Promote our software training programs and GATE preparation courses
- Explain course benefits, structure, duration, and fees
- Handle incoming inquiries and follow up with potential leads
- Maintain accurate records of calls and conversions
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly enrollment targets
- Coordinate with academic counsellors and support staff
