Role Overview: As a part-time or freelance Human Resources Specialist in Mohali, Punjab, you will be responsible for talent acquisition and recruiting. You are expected to work 3 hours per week with a flexible schedule, primarily focusing on recruitment activities. Fluency in Hindi and English is required for effective communication in this remote position. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting talent acquisition activities to source and attract qualified candidates - Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding - Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements - Utilizing various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates - Maintaining recruitment records and documentation in an organized manner Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and recruiting - Proficiency in Hindi and English languages - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends Please note that this is a 3-month contract position with an opportunity to work part-time with a flexible schedule.
