We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and result -oriented professional to serve as Registrar of the Institution. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in academic administration, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance. The Registrar will work closely with Deans, Heads of Departments, and administrative teams for smooth functioning of academic and administrative processes. This is a key leadership role that supports the academic and operational excellence of the institution.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the implementation of academic policies, procedures, and systems across the institution.Ensure regulatory compliance with UGC, AICTE, and other statutory bodies.Manage admissions, examinations, student records, and certifications.Coordinate with Deans, Heads of Departments, and administrative teams for smooth functioning of academic and administrative processes.Maintain and update institutional data for internal and external audits and rankings.Ensure timely communication and dissemination of academic and administrative notifications.Lead initiatives for process improvement and digital transformation in academic administration.Requirements Educational Qualification: Ph.D. or Postgraduate Degree from a recognized institution.Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience with a strong track record of administrative leadership, preferably in a higher education institution.Candidates from Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) or Defense services with relevant administrative experience are also encouraged to apply.
