Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Performance Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, conducting in-depth market research, optimizing campaigns to drive sales, and analyzing key performance metrics. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work towards building customer engagement and increasing brand awareness.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with teams
  • Proficiency in market research to identify trends and analyze competitors
  • Experience with Meta ads and campaign optimization.
  • Experience in driving sales and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Exceptional customer service skills to foster strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms and analytical tools is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
