Role Overview
The Backend Executive/Manager will handle all administrative, documentation, and data-management tasks to support smooth branch operations and client processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and manage student/visa documentation.
- Update and maintain CRM, records, and client files.
- Coordinate with counsellors and management for application processing.
- Handle emails, data entry, and backend communication.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of documents.
- Generate daily/weekly reports for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Experience in immigration/education sector is an advantage.
