Enterprise Performance

Our Enterprise Performance team is at the forefront of enterprise technology, working across finance, supply chain, and IT operations to support the delivery of holistic performance improvement and digital transformation. We support Deloitte client service teams of strategic advisors and architects, differentiated by our industry depth to help collaborate with leading insights providers and leverage your experience in strategy, process design, technology enablement, and operational services to enable the heart of business solutions.

Position Summary

Level: Consultant or equivalent

As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work alongside innovative leaders and stay ahead in business. Training will prepare you to address clients' complex business challenges. Collaborate with diverse, global clients across industries. Strong communication and analytical abilities are essential, as is effectively sharing insights with clients and teams. Manage and lead teams both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in MES Project Management, MES Requirements Analysis, or MES Solution Architecture within discrete and process manufacturing is highly desirable.

The Enterprise Performance team leverages deep industry knowledge, strong analytical skills, and practical approaches to address clients' toughest business challenges. Our professionals as part of the Supply Chain Network Operations (SCNO) service line within Enterprise Performance focus on helping organizations achieve sustainable competitive advantage throughout their operations, spanning product development, planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. We excel at translating strategic objectives into tangible, measurable outcomes at the operational level. By aligning high-level goals with frontline execution, we ensure our clients realize real value and improved performance across every stage of their supply chain and operations.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• 3 – 6 years' experience, ideally in large company settings
• Strong hands-on experience with Werum PAS-X, including Specification, Execution, Compliance, and Performance modules
• Skilled in MBR creation, State Diagram design, and Master Data configuration
• Expertise in PAS-X configuration, administration, and customization of modules such as: GMBRs, PVL, PMBRs, Equipment Management, Material Flow
• Weigh & Dispense, EBR, Master Data Management
• Deep knowledge of ISA-95/S88 standards applied to MES design
• Familiarity with GxP, GAMP, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements
• Experience in SAP-MES integration and Level 2 automation systems
• Proficient in Java, J2EE, C# .NET, Oracle, and SQL database technologies
• Skilled in RESTful API and web services development
• MES-ERP integration expertise; willing to travel 40–60%
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks in fast-paced settings
• Knowledge of Quality Management, Dispatch, Scheduling, WIP & Resource Tracking, Maintenance
• Awareness of Industry 4.0, digital supply networks, automation trends, and emerging technologies
• Strong oral/written communication and presentation/documentation skills (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with sound judgment

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• Conducting workshops for requirements, data model, and configuration validation
• Identifying business needs, designing, prototyping, testing, training, and supporting implementations
• Developing MES solutions and managing project delivery
• Supporting sales and project teams throughout deployment
• Leading customer design sessions and documenting solutions
• Providing market-driven product requirements internally
• Helping clients transform business models with digital technologies
• Collaborating with stakeholders for AS-IS study and TO-BE design
• Advantage: Experience on Integration with control systems, ERP, PLM, APS, LIMS
• Strong understanding of Level 3/4 systems and BOM/MBOM/BOP
• Solid SQL database knowledge and best practice alignment
• Providing technical workarounds for solution gaps

Education:

BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Tech degree or equivalent from accredited university

Location:

Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Kolkata

Shift Timings:

• 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements
