Overview

The UI/UX Designer plays a crucial role in creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. As a key member of the design team, the UI/UX Designer will be responsible for understanding user needs, translating them into wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key responsibilities

· Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes

· Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for design improvement

· Collaborate with managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX design

· Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards

· Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analysis

· Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design

· Develop personas, user journeys, and information architecture

· Assist in creating and maintaining a cohesive visual language and design systems

· Advocate for the user and ensure that design decisions are based on user needs and behaviors

· Communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders effectively

· Collaborate with marketing and development teams for cohesive brand and user experience

· Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to ensure designs are cutting-edge

· Work closely with front-end developers to ensure technical feasibility and smooth handover of designs

Required qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field

· Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications

· Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma

· Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices

· Experience conducting user research and usability testing

· Solid knowledge of interaction design and information architecture

· Ability to create and maintain design systems and component libraries

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills

· Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies

· Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and problem-solving abilities

· Experience working with Agile development methodologies

· Understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

· Experience with motion design and micro-interactions is a plus

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
