Your future environment
The Marine & Overseas Division carries out large-scale infrastructure projects internationally, including in the fields of energy, water treatment and complex structures.

The STEGRA project in Boden, Sweden, involves the construction of a green steelworks and an electrolysis plant powered by renewable electricity and water from the Lule River. The facility will produce 5 million tonnes of green steel per year by 2030. Eiffage is responsible for:

  • Water Treatment Plant (WT2)
  • Hydrogen Manufacturing Plant (HMP)

your main tasks

  • Deploy and monitor the quality system on site.
  • Draft and update quality procedures and documents.
  • Carry out quality controls and inspections of structures.
  • Ensure that non-conformities are dealt with and followed up.
  • Participate in internal and external audits.
  • Collaborate with the works and HSE teams to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Raise awareness and train teams in quality requirements.

Required Profile

  • Training in civil engineering, quality or equivalent
  • Quality experience on industrial or construction projects
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and quality procedures
  • Fluent English essential
  • Rigorous, analytical mind, teaching skills

Conditions
The position is based on site in Boden, in northern Sweden, with a contractual package associated with this location. The living environment is stable, well connected and suitable for families if required.
