Wood India Consulting Business unit is currently recruiting for a Senior Decarbonization Engineer within our Carbon Advisory team.

This position is based in Chennai and because success in the role will require in-person contact with the team, remote work is not an option.

The Role

The Senior Decarbonization Engineer will be a key technical resource by sharing knowledge and experience to aid overall development of competencies supporting the programme of projects being delivered across a portfolio of clients.

As a focal point for Decarbonization Engineering this role will ensure our projects are executed safely, on-time, to budget and to the required standard. You will assist the Team Leader to identify and carry out business development activities to support the winning of new work as well as reviewing of project proposal documents.

In addition, this role will be responsible for the mentoring and development of other team members ensuring the knowledge and experience you have is shared to support in the future growth of the team and the industry.
