Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain web applications using full stack technologies (e.g., React/Angular + )

· Build and manage RESTful APIs and webhook-based integrations

· Develop and maintain process automation flows using Power Automate, Zapier, or Make (Integromat)

· Automate data flows across platforms such as SharePoint, Google Sheets, Outlook, Dynamics 365, WhatsApp, etc.

· Collaborate with business users and IT to gather requirements and build workflow-based solutions

· Ensure system reliability by monitoring and troubleshooting automation pipelines

· Maintain proper documentation for solutions and workflows

· Adhere to security, privacy, and compliance standards in all integrations

Required Skills

· Proficiency in frontend frameworks , Angular, PHP or )

· Strong backend development in , Python, .NET, or Java

· Experience with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

· Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Zapier, or Make (Integromat)

· Knowledge of APIs, OAuth2/JWT authentication, and webhooks

· Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)

· Experience with version control (Git/GitHub/Bitbucket)

Preferred Qualifications

· Microsoft Power Platform certification (preferred but not mandatory)

· Prior work integrating Dynamics 365 or WhatsApp Business API

· Experience with chatbot platforms and customer support automation

· Strong analytical and communication skills

Soft Skills

· Self-driven and capable of working independently

· Detail-oriented and quality focused

· Strong time management and accountability

· Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600, ₹800,000.00 per year
