About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor with a strong background in editing marketing content for brands across digital platforms. As a Video Editor, you will play a critical role in transforming raw footage into compelling, high-quality visual stories that captivate, inform, and engage audiences. You'll collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure each video aligns with brand guidelines, project goals, and platform requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

● Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content for digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

● Apply motion graphics, transitions, effects, and sound design to enhance storytelling and visual impact.

● Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to understand project briefs and ensure output meets brand and messaging objectives.

● Ensure all video content is on-brand, consistent in style and tone, and optimized for various platforms.

● Incorporate AI video tools and innovations (Runway ML, Kling, Leonardo, etc.) to accelerate and elevate video production.

● Manage and organize media assets efficiently for easy access and reuse.

● Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.

Must-Have Skills:

● Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro

● Motion Graphics & Animation: Adobe After Effects

● AI Video Tools: Runway ML, Kling, Leonardo (or similar AI-based video creation/editing tools)

● Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

● Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and timing

● Knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, and encoding formats

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

● Excellent organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience Required: 4–5 years (Marketing Agency experience mandatory)

● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Film, Media, Design, or related fields

● Prior experience in a marketing agency or creative studio environment

● Familiarity with social media trends, platform-specific content standards, and audience behaviors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹700,000.00 per year
