Security Auditor

We are looking for a Security Auditor (DGM Level) who will be responsible for independently evaluating and auditing the effectiveness, quality and compliance of the security team, systems, and operational processes. This role ensures that all security operations meet internal standards, client requirements, and relevant legal and regulatory guidelines. The auditor identifies gaps, recommends improvements, and helps maintain a high standard of performance across all security functions. The candidate should be willing to travel and age preferably below 50 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate performance and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) of on-ground security personnel.
- Conduct surprise inspections, post visits, and periodic audits across client sites.
- Review incident response, professionalism, posture, attire, and reporting habits of security guards.
- Assess adequacy of training received by security staff and identify skill gaps.
- Verify guard deployment, attendance, and rotation against duty rosters.
- Review security SOPs and assess compliance and effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, observations, and recommendations.
Candidate Profile
- Retired professionals from the armed forces, government, corporates, or related sectors.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar profile
- Individuals should be physically fit, possess strong analytical and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of security protocols, emergency procedures, and local regulations
- Basic computer proficiency and well conversant in English (both verbal & writing) for reporting and documentation
