Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic
Sales Executive
to join our client's construction business team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the company's real estate and construction projects. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills, along with a strong understanding of the construction/real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and real estate sector.
  • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into successful sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Provide accurate project information, pricing, and documentation support to potential customers.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations for clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain sales reports, track targets, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales service.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction/real estate industry.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication (Hindi & English) and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets within deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented.
