Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Mobilizer cum Center Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative activities, mobilization activities, business development, coordinating programs or services, and serving as a point of contact for staff, candidates, and visitors. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily center operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Mobilize candidates for our center , business development
• Greet visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide general support to candidates.
• Maintain center schedules, appointments, and program calendars.
• Monitor inventory and order office and center supplies as needed.
• Support recruitment, on boarding, and scheduling of staff,candidates, volunteers, or program participants.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, including attendance, reports, and evaluations.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners as needed.
• Assist with event planning and execution, including workshops, meetings, and special activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and organizational policies.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to management.

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
