What will you drive?

As a Telecalling Associate at CARS24, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Calling and Appointment Booking: You will call on leads generated by the platform and by contacting these customers, you have to ensure inspection and footfall conversion for these leads. Booking inspections and ensuring coordination with these customers will also be a crucial aspect of your role.
  • Data Management: It is essential to maintain accurate records of all leads generated. You will ensure that data is up-to-date and readily accessible for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Building and Maintaining Relationships: Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with customers is critical. You will work towards fostering long-term partnerships to ensure sustained collaboration.
  • This role isn't just about showing up; it's about delivering results
  • It's not just about meeting goals; it's about surpassing them and reaping the rewards.

Who are we looking for?

  • Sales and Lead Conversion Skills: Proven experience in cold calling and lead conversion and booking inspections.
  • Strong Data Orientation: Ability to manage and organize data efficiently, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales, cold calling, or related roles would be advantageous.
