Personal Assistant To MD/Directors- Urgent Required

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support

  2. Manage and maintain MDs calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  3. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and official documents.
  4. Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting notes.

  5. Coordination & Communication

  6. Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.

  7. Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
  8. Ensure timely communication and follow-ups on behalf of the MD.

  9. Office & Documentation Management

  10. Maintain organized filing systems (physical & digital).

  11. Handle confidential documents with discretion.
  12. Track and follow up on pending tasks and deadlines.

  13. Travel & Logistics

  14. Plan and organize domestic travel itineraries.

  15. Manage accommodation, and transport arrangements.

  16. Support in Strategic & Operational Tasks

  17. Assist in research, data collection, and preparation of business reports.

  18. Support MD in reviewing important contracts, agreements, and tenders.
  19. Coordinate with different departments to ensure MDs directives are implemented.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (Business Administration preferred).
  • 5-10 years of experience as a PA/EA to senior management. Relevant experience of manufacturing industry is an added advantage.

  • Working expereince from the companies having 300crore & above turnover.

  • Excellent english/hindi communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills .
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
