What's this role about?

The IAM Systems Administrator will manage and optimize the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform for a financial services organization. This includes secure handling of privileged credentials, secrets, and session activity across hybrid infrastructures (cloud and on-premises), enforcing Zero Standing Privileges (ZSP) and Just-in-Time (JIT) access models.

Here's how you'll contribute:

  • Operate and maintain CyberArk Privileged Cloud environments.
  • Onboard and manage privileged accounts, safes, secrets, and credentials using:
  • PVWA (Password Vault Web Access)
  • PSM (Privileged Session Manager)
  • CPM (Central Policy Manager)
  • Troubleshoot issues related to safes, password rotation, and access policies.
  • Ensure integrations with Windows, Linux, databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Monitor CyberArk component health and performance.
  • Configure and enforce privileged access security policies.
  • Integrate CyberArk with SIEM, ITSM, and other enterprise tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet audit and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain documentation and support audit activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM.
  • CyberArk certification (Defender, Sentry, or Guardian preferred).
  • Experience onboarding/configuring accounts, safes, and policies.
  • Strong understanding of IAM, PAM, Zero Trust, and RBAC.
  • Familiarity with CyberArk tools: PVWA, PSM, CPM, Conjur.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP.
