Working Days: 6 days (Mon-Fri WFO, Sat WFH)

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Developer (Manager) to lead our frontend engineering team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and a passion for building scalable, high-performance web applications with exceptional user experiences.

Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless and efficient UI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers.
  • Develop responsive, high-quality web applications using , Angular, or
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to implement robust front-end solutions.
  • Ensure code quality through reviews, unit testing, and best practices.
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
  • Drive technical discussions, architecture design, and innovation in frontend development.
  • Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 510 years of professional experience in frontend development, with at least 2 years in a team lead or managerial role.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with (preferred), Angular, or
  • Experience with Redux / Context API, REST APIs, and front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
