Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Site Supervisor (Intern/Fresher) to join our construction and interiors team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about learning on-site project management, construction processes, and quality control.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supervising daily site activities.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor material usage and maintain site records.
  • Support in ensuring work quality, safety standards, and timely execution.
  • Report daily progress to senior supervisors/project managers.
  • Learn and apply construction techniques, site management, and client communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (preferred).
  • Fresher or candidate with 0–1 year of site experience.
  • Basic knowledge of construction drawings and measurements.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt on-site.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
