Analyst - Loan IQ (Syndication)

  • Good understanding of Loan Syndication | Loan IQ to provide Corporate and Institutional customers with best-practice, effective and efficient lending fulfillment services with a focus on Bank Guarantees.
  • Utilise both the LoanIQ and eBOBS systems to assist in the ongoing administration of CIBs bank guarantee portfolio, including the preparation and processing of issuances, exchanges, cancellations, amendments, fees and queries.
  • In time, to be a CIB Bank Guarantee Subject Matter Expert (SME) with the opportunity to grow into supporting more complex transactions and requests.
  • Adhere to processes and procedures including performing all controls associated with processes to minimize errors and rework.
  • Escalate events, issues or breaches as they are identified.
  • Monitoring and completion of daily tasks and reconciliations.
  • Being a great team member that demonstrates NABs How We Work behaviors.
  • Facilitate Bank Guarantee Issuances, Amendments, Cancellations and Fees via Ebobs, LoanIQ and other core systems
  • Respond to and action all requests received in a timely and professional manner and escalate issues in a timely manner when required
  • Reconcile clearing account to remain within KRIs
  • Actioning daily Bank Guarantee Reports with a focus of clearing aged items
  • Contribute towards ongoing process improvements
  • Adhere to processes and procedures pertinent to role including performing all controls associated with processes to minimise errors and rework
  • Be self-sufficient and look to drive outcomes with limited oversight from People Leader or other senior team members
  • Foster and maintain a positive team environment exuding efficiency, inclusion, professionalism, exemplary customer service, and accountability
