DRS International School, one of Hyderabad's leading CBSE and Cambridge curriculum schools, is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the school's brand, coordinating marketing activities, and driving student admissions through effective outreach and field marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and student admissions.
  • Conduct field visits to residential areas, corporates, preschools, and community centers to generate leads.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with parents, educational consultants, and community partners.
  • Support the admissions team with lead generation, follow-ups, and event participation.
  • Assist in organizing school events, open houses, and promotional campaigns.
  • Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and feedback to improve marketing strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and lead conversions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or educational promotion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork.
