- Vendor-Level Support: Providing specialized support for a vendor's specific products and services, often the final point of escalation for complex issues.
- Deep Technical Resolution: Troubleshooting and resolving software issues that L3 teams cannot resolve.
- Collaboration with Product Teams: Working closely with product architects, software developers, and hardware designers to implement solutions and provide feedback for product improvement.
- Demonstrating excellent customer relationship management skills, communicating with both internal and external stakeholders, and providing solutions that may involve selling additional products or services.
- On-Call Support: Participating in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support coverage for critical issues.
- Experience: Extensive experience (often 2-4 years) in a senior engineering, escalation management, or technical support role.
- Specialized Technical Knowledge: Understanding of the specific products, software, and infrastructure being supported. AWS Infra, Golang, PostgreSQL, and React skills are required.
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address complex issues.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Skills: A strong analytical and logical approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
