About the Role

We are looking for a Post Sales Executive who will be the first point of contact for our existing customers. The role involves handling calls, resolving queries, providing support, and maintaining accurate records. If you have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and basic knowledge of Excel/Sheets, this could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers.
  • Address customer queries, requests, and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate data and records using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Assist customers with post-sales support and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Learn and work on different company software/tools.
  • Share feedback from customers with the team to improve processes.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Good command over English (mandatory).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets.
  • Ability and eagerness to learn new software/tools quickly.
  • Problem-solving attitude and customer-centric mindset.
  • Prior experience in customer support, post-sales, or telecalling will be an advantage (but freshers with good communication are welcome).
