Role & responsibilities

Job Overview:

Dr. Morepen Home Health is looking for qualified and passionate MBBS doctors to join our Home OPD initiative for a full time basis. The role involves providing general consultations, follow-ups, and minor treatments at patients' homes, ensuring quality healthcare delivery at their doorstep.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Conduct physical examinations and medical consultations at patients residences.
  • Diagnose illnesses, recommend treatment plans, and prescribe medications.
  • Provide follow-up care and assess patient recovery and compliance.
  • Coordinate with the central medical team for documentation and support.
  • Maintain timely and accurate patient records using our digital tools.
  • Ensure patient safety, hygiene, and comfort during every visit.

Qualification

  • MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
  • Valid registration with MCI or State Medical Council.
  • Prior experience in general practice, family medicine, or home care is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient-centric approach.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region for home visits.
