Site Project Manager

We are seeking a responsible, skilled, and proactive Project/Site Manager to join our team at Nirvaana Hills, a 200+ acre sustainable farmland community nestled amidst forests and hills. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site construction and development activities, coordinate with vendors, manage teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring work progresses as per approved drawings and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of civil, electrical, plumbing, and landscaping works.
- Handle daily labor management allocating work, maintaining discipline, and ensuring productivity on-site.
- Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and update the management on milestones and issues.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and environmental guidelines during execution.
- Verify and manage procurement of materials; maintain stock and consumption records.
- Coordinate with the design and planning teams for layout approvals and on-site modifications.
- Manage external agencies and service providers for site utilities, logistics, and infrastructure work.
- Ensure site cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Take full responsibility for site operations from planning to handover.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of on-site experience in real estate, infrastructure, or farm/villa development projects.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and site supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple teams (labor, vendors, contractors) efficiently.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings, BOQs, and site layout plans.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Must be willing to stay or travel frequently to the site (approx. 2 hrs. from Gurgaon)
- Preferred Traits:
- Experience in eco-friendly or sustainable construction projects.
- Knowledge of local building codes, permits, and safety standards.
- Good eye for detail and finish quality.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable for project outcomes.
