Role & responsibilities
- Listen to and accurately transcribe dictated recordings of Radiologists.
- Prepare, edit, and format radiology reports (X-Ray, USG, CT, MRI, Mammography, etc.).
- Ensure correctness of medical terminology, grammar, and formatting.
- Cross-check patient details (name, age, gender, investigation type) for accuracy.
- Maintain turnaround time (TAT) for report delivery.
- Coordinate with Radiologists for clarifications when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all medical records.
- Support front office/lab team in report dispatch when required.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline .
- Certificate/Diploma in Medical Transcription (preferred).
- 13 years of experience in medical transcription, especially in Radiology, is desirable.
- Freshers with strong typing and medical terminology knowledge may also be considered.
