Roles and Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring minimal waste and optimal utilization.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and control kitchen expenses to stay within budget.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Steward Supervisor or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage kitchen staff effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintaining composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
