Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' systems. This role requires a proactive individual who is not afraid of hard work and can handle various technical challenges independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems at client locations.

  • Configure and manage network devices, ensuring optimal performance and connectivity.

  • Provide expert support for Microsoft Outlook 365, including setup, configuration, and issue resolution.

  • Conduct regular system checks and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

  • Respond to service requests and technical inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Document all service activities, solutions, and configurations accurately.

  • Collaborate with the internal support team to escalate and resolve complex issues.

  • Educate clients on proper system usage and basic troubleshooting techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a field support or similar technical role.

  • Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols.

  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook 365.

  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with hardware installation and maintenance.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various client sites.
