All our products have handmade designs by the founder Shubhi, the artist behind the brand and a former journalist well-known in the marketing and advertising industry. Job Description

We're looking for a graphic design + brand intern with a zest for beautiful designs for products and marketing for Bas Aise Hi. We're a new design-led stationery and lifestyle startup and the role would present a lot of hands-on experience in different areas of design and the opportunity to grow and apply their skills in the real-time world. This role would also involve some brand related work beyond design, for which training will be provided. This is a work from home unpaid position for a month. There is an opportunity to convert it into a longer term paid position at the brand for the right candidate at the end of the internship. 

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other editing softwares
  • Knowledge of design principles
  • Familiarity with printing requirements of design 
  • Familiarity with aesthetic and lively designs 

Soft skills:

  • Fast learner
  • Attention to detail
  • Keen eye for design
  • Team player
  • Willingness to learn

Additional optional skills:

  • Basic knowledge of website design and content management system
  • Eagerness to come up with ideas of their own
  • Familiarity with social media and designing for it
