Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Site Accountant for a reputed company in Real Estate industry at Bangalore location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and track all invoices related to construction projects
  • Review contractors' bills for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and Forward invoices, requisitions, and purchase orders to head office.
  • Research and resolve invoice and billing disputes with civil Department
  • Maintain files on contracts, warranties, insurance policies
  • Prepare reports as necessary
  • Coordinate with inventory management to check storage, do sudden and periodic count to inventory and follow-up its records, and submit the follow-up reports to financial department.
  • Handling petty cash maintenance
  • Handling supplier bill payments.
  • Files management
  • Maintaining records of goods received note (GRN) , reconciliation of GRN with Tax Invoice, work order and submission of tax invoice to HO for processing payment.
  • Vendor Reconciliation.
  • Co-ordinating with H.O., procurement, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Experience: 3–5 Years in construction/Real estate industry
