Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Lead Java Developer based in Gurugram. The Lead Java Developer will oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using Java and the Spring Framework. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining microservices, leading programming tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable software to meet business requirements. The role also involves mentoring junior developers and contributing to best practices for software development within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Software Development and experience with Microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in Programming using Java and deep knowledge of the Spring Framework.
  • Ability to guide and mentor team members, foster collaboration, and improve project delivery processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to contributing to high-quality software solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in CRM platforms, particularly Java, Spring boot, Microservices, servlets will be a valuable advantage.
