Job description:

Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural projects from concept to completion. This role demands creativity, technical expertise, and strong leadership to deliver outstanding designs that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of architectural projects, ensuring aesthetic excellence and functional efficiency.
  • Develop conceptual designs, detailed drawings, and 3D models.
  • Review and approve drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design, technical standards, and project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to implement innovative solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines effectively.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of professional experience in architecture and design.
  • Proven expertise in leading large-scale projects from concept to completion.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization, and other design tools.
  • Strong creative vision and excellent design portfolio.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
  • Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices is a plus.
