We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to help us build a modern and unified digital presence for the organization. Under the supervision of a senior team member, you will play a key role in designing a seamless and engaging user experience for our new web application

Responsibilities

  • User Research & Discovery: Conduct discovery and market research to understand the target audience and user behavior. This involves gathering user requirements in collaboration with the project team.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and mockups that clearly illustrate the functionality and layout of the new website. You will use these to design intuitive page navigation and user interactions.
  • Visual Design: Design visual elements and a cohesive interface that aligns with the brand's new identity. This includes making decisions on typography, color palettes, and overall visual aesthetics.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Web Developer to ensure the designs are feasible and can be implemented as intended. You will also prepare and present your design drafts to the internal team for review.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, and make design adjustments based on feedback to ensure the website is user-friendly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A portfolio of design work (academic or freelance projects are acceptable) that showcases a strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Working knowledge of design and wireframing tools such as Figma and Framer.
  • Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and a strong passion for creating great user experiences.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to take direction and feedback from senior team members

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
